With a voice that straddles the line between jazz legends such as Carmen McCrae and Cassandra Wilson and pop-jazz singer Sade, Joy Voeth has used her time overseas to her advantage, and brings these experiences to light in her emotionally captivating album “I Wish You Love.” This collection of jazz classics, recorded in Istanbul, has been carefully arranged and performed by a world-class trio, including Uraz Kivaner on piano, Ozan Musluoğlu on bass and Ferit Odman on drums.

- I'm a sucker for a beautifully written ballad, sung beautifully and with emotion by a beautiful chanteuse with a smart, talented and connected combo... LOVE "I Wonder Where Our Love Has Gone" and "You Don't Know What Love Is"! Not that I don't love the swing (i.e. "This Can't Be Love")... ... And I am certain that a live performance would bring additional and immediate delights.
